• Project Overview :The research project will carry out systematic investigation on incorporation of selective additives and nanofiller within suitable rubber matrix or matrix blends towards developing high performance self-healing tread rubber composites. The Post-doctoral fellow will have the opportunity to handle state of the art processing, compounding, characterization and testing equipment following suitable training.
• Qualification : Essential: Ph.D. in Rubber Technology/Polymer Technology Desirable: Industrial experience in rubber compounding, processing and characterizations. The candidate should have good publication track record and should possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Fellowship :INR 40,000-50,000/- per month (based on experience). Additionally, if any travel is required in relation to the project, the expenses will be reimbursed.
