Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) was established in 2011 on an invitation from the Government of Rajasthan, as a self-financed private University. MUJ has redefined academic excellence in the region, with the Manipal way of learning; one that inspires students of all disciplines to learn and innovate through hands on practical experience. The MUJ has become first University in Rajasthan to accredited with A+ by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of UGC.
The honours program trains and awards students with a Bachelor of Science degree after a 3-year period. The main objectives of this curriculum are:

Manipal University Jaipur is a place where your voice is heard and your opinion counts. My knowledge and self-confidence have been boosted so much after coming here. The University provides exposure and teachers are very cooperative. The support from teachers had really helped not only for academic work but also for competitive examination and university applications.
The Bsc physics program at MUJ has stood out for its great course structure that covers undergraduate level physics in a much more complete way than other colleges and includes several courses such as solid State physics and statistical mechanics usually omitted by some colleges. Furthermore it has discipline specific courses such as fusion energy and low temperature physics which are quite interesting.
Be it condensed matter physics or solid-state physics, the state of the art analytic and instrumentational facilities provides a skilful and an enriching display of contingent and relevant fields and an environment adequate for anyone having the zeal to venture into scientific research; piloted by the irreplaceable and inspiring head of department Dr Ashima Bagaria, the department of physics provides for few of the most experienced and visionary professors at the university. The curriculum is aptly structured to cater to practical as well as theoretical skills required for higher education by being inclusive of semester projects and seminars alongside usual modules; one's stay at Manipal University is determined by what one makes of it through their own passion and abilities.
