Dr Shilpa Kulkarni Sharma is the HoD, Department of Computer Applications, School of Basic Sciences, Faculty of Science, Manipal University Jaipur.

Dr Shilpa joined Manipal University Jaipur in 2019 and has been working as an Associate Professor (Senior Scale) in the Department of Computer Applications, School of Basic Sciences, Faculty of Science. In addition to her role as an academician, she has also worked as Deputy Director, Directorate of Quality & Compliance, Manipal University Jaipur.

Dr Shilpa completed her graduation in Electronics from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore in 200, MCA in the year 2006 from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal and PhD in Computer Science - Software Engineering in 2013 from DAVV, Indore. She has 17+ years of rich experience in academics with 10+ years of post-PhD experience.
