The LLM (Master of Law) program offered in MUJ is an advanced study blended with contemporary needs of legal professionals inculcating highest quality of education. This one-year program is designed to impart interdisciplinary and critical approaches of understanding the legal and societal development in India with equal emphasis on conceptual, doctrinal, and empirical skills. This stream offered by the Faculty of Law as one year course, acquaints the students on various major intellectual property laws, which includes Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs, patents, Geographical Indications along with the protection of intellectual property rights.
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university with minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.
Admissions are done based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination & MUJ Entrance Exam consists of written & personal interview (PI).
