OVERVIEW
The M.Tech in VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) & Embedded System Design is a specialized postgraduate program aimed to mold the next generation of engineers and researchers who will drive advancements in VLSI and embedded systems, contributing to technological innovation and industrial progress. This interdisciplinary program provides students with advanced knowledge and skills in the fields of microelectronics, semiconductor technology, and embedded systems with practical skills through hands-on projects and industry internships. The curriculum includes fundamentals of VLSI Design and Embedded System Architecture with ASIC and FPGA Design, Low-Power VLSI Design, Machine Learning for VLSI and Embedded Systems with Research Methodology, Thesis and Dissertation Work.
