Notes:

  • Details regarding available payment modes (UPI, Internet banking, Credit/Debit card etc.) will be accessible upon logging into the room booking portal.
  • Students who are availing education loans may email at – info.jaipur@elevatecampuses.com to obtain the necessary loan disbursement documents, and they are encouraged to complete the hostel booking by paying the applicable fees, as any amount subsequently disbursed by the bank will be refunded to the student.
  • Room allotment shall be confirmed only upon successful receipt and verification of the full hostel fees.
  • ** Fees indicated above towards value added services are inclusive of applicable taxes (as may be applicable) and will be billed separately.
  • We have two world-class gyms available: GHS Gym and Bluedove Gym. Students may choose either one according to their preference.
  • Payment gateway convenience charges, if any, shall be borne by the student and will be displayed at the time of payment.
  • All students must pay the fees as per the schedule declared by the hostel authorities. Failure to pay the fees on or before the date(s) specified will result in the instantaneous forfeiture of the room as well as any fees already paid.
  • Hostel fees shall be deemed strictly non-refundable upon commencement of the academic year, and Good Host Spaces Pvt. Ltd. disclaims any liability for fee refunds thereafter, irrespective of circumstances or reasons cited by the student.
  • Where refund eligibility is established prior to academic year commencement and applicable refund criteria are satisfied, an administrative processing fee of ₹5,000 shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Hostel management reserves the right to reassign, relocate, or modify room allotments due to operational requirements, maintenance activities, disciplinary considerations, or other administrative reasons.
  • Students are advised to retain copies of all payment receipts and transaction references for future correspondence and verification purposes.
  • No individual intimation regarding the change in rules/policy will be given to the students/ parents/ guardians. Every student is expected to ascertain this from the notice board or through the communication sent by the Chief Warden or the management of the Hostel via email and/or through the relevant online portals
