Department of Law
OVERVIEW
Department of Law Comprises of BALLB (Hons), BBALLB (Hons) and LLB where students are trained for the corporate law industry as well as litigation & adjudicatory practices. Courses under the department are designed as a highly flexible learner-centric Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) aligned with UGC and NEP guidelines and in compliance with BCI regulations. The department aims to foster academic excellence among the students through Outcome-Based Learning methods. The Courses offered by the department have been carefully crafted and designed to ensure that its graduates are qualified as industry ready professionals.

Legal Aid Cell
Legal aid is vital to equality and access to justice. Anchored in Article 39 and the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, the School of Law, Manipal University Jaipur integrates legal aid through its Legal Aid Cell to develop students’ clinical skills and promote legal awareness among the underprivileged.

Moot Court Society
The Moot Court Society at the Department of Law, Manipal University Jaipur promotes experiential legal learning by developing advocacy, research, and drafting skills. ADR Cell
