A one Day Workshop was by School of Law, MUJ, on "Formation of Company and raising of capital" on 1 Feb, 2019.
A one Day Workshop was by School of Law, MUJ, on "Formation of Company and raising of capital" on 1 Feb, 2019.Speakers of the workshop were CA Rohit Singhal and CA Vishal Khandelwal. The workshop was attended by the students of JECRC, Amity University Rajasthan, ICFAI University and Jaipur National University along with Manipal .
The strength of students were approx. 250. This Workshop explained the process setting up a company and how to complete the registration forms. It also explained that how the company will raise their capital from of securities in the market. The purpose of this workshop was to help the participants to equip them with the tools required and improve their chances of successfully starting their own business.
