Junior Research Fellow Position

 

Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow to work in an Industry Project, entitled “Biosolids upgradation for generating energy and fertilizers using technological integration” sponsored by Inch Enviro Technologies P.L., Gurugram, Haryana.

M. Tech. in Chemical or other related fields of engineering
OR
M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology

Responsibilities

Solid Waste such as Municipal Solid Waste and Biomass Valorisation: Generation of value added products from the intermediate streams using advanced separation techniques. Hands on experience with analytical facilities such as HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR, etc. is preferred. Candidate to work closely with experimental and modelling team in MUJ, followed by aiding in scale-up, setting up and operations of a pilot-scale facility.

Stipend

INR 31,000 + HRA p.m. for first two years, with annual performance review, and hiked to Rs 35,000 + HRA p.m. based on satisfactory performance (The relevant DST notification may be perused for further details and norms).

Duration

12 Months

  • Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on merit. The date and time of interview will be informed via email.
  • No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for attending the interview. Alternatively, the interview may be conducted via video online platform.
  • The nature of the post is purely temporary (on contract basis), till the duration of the project. Candidate will not be able to claim any permanent position in MUJ.
