  • Limca Book of Records National Record- 25 students and five chefs of School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Manipal University, Jaipur prepared the heaviest 87 kg Gateaux Ananas, a sliced pineapple dish with dry fruits and fruits. The 5 ft long, 4 ft wide 5 inch high gateaux was made at the inauguration of Manipal University on April 2, 2015. click here to see
  • Limca Book of Record World Record - Chef Prof Manoj Srivastava (b Dec 30, 1968) and six chefs with 70 students made the biggest Maalpua 8ft long and 4ft wide weighing 61.286 kg at Manipal University, School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Jaipur on Oct 16, 2015. A special 8ft x 4ft tawa was fabricated weighing 172Kg . The Maalpua which took 8 hours to took 30 min to distribute among 4,500 gathered. Click here to see record.
