This lecture aimed to explore the enduring question: "What is happiness, and how can it be achieved?" For centuries, this question has been a central concern for philosophers, writers, and psychologists. They have reflected on the meaning, types, and sources of happiness, examining whether it stems from external pleasures, inner peace, moral virtue, or spiritual fulfilment. Various theories and practices have been proposed to attain lasting happiness rather than temporary satisfaction. The speaker analysed that how these diverse perspectives are better to understand the essence of true happiness and the practical ways through which it can be meaningfully realized.
