The Department of Psychology organizes a workshop on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of SEM techniques, equipping them with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to conduct SEM analyses in their respective fields. By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to design, estimate, and evaluate SEM models using real data, interpret the results accurately, and apply SEM methods to their research projects. The workshop is in alignment with SDG 3 & SDG 4 i.e. Good Health and Well-being and Promoting Quality Education. The workshop will be beneficial because as students will be able to understand SEM Basics, Model Specification Estimation and Model Fit, Software Proficiency, Handling Model Modification Interpreting Results Applications and Case Studies
