Guest lecture on Transactional Analysis and Change Management

Department of Psychology, School of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, is organising a guest lecture on Transactional Analysis and Change Management. Dr. Tanjul Saxena, is the professor and principal at Mahatma Gandhi College of Hospital Administration, Jaipur, Rajasthan. She is a distinguished academician and management consultant with over 29 years of experience spanning corporate exposure, teaching, training, and consultancy. A nationally recognized trainer and OD interventionist, she has been retained by prestigious clients across India and has successfully led consultancy assignments for organizations such as UNICEF, GAIN, BASIX, Save the Children, Sight Savers, and RMOL, CUTS. She has served as Associate Professor at IIHMR University for a decade, with an adjunct appointment at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA, for five years. The lecture would be beneficial for the final year (BA/BSc Hons.) students of Department of Psychology.
