Junior Research Fellow Position

Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow to work in an Industry Project, titled "Municipal Solid Waste Conversion to Fuel and Energy". The position details are given below:

  • Positions :One (I)
  • Qualification(s) :M. Tech. in Chemical or other related fields of engineering AND B.Tech. in Chemical or other related fields of engineering
  • Responsibilities :Solid Waste such as Municipal Solid Waste and Biomass Valorisation: Solid product upgradation using techniques related to separation fundamentals. Also focusing on product application in commercial sectors.
  • Fellowship :As per DST norms
  • Duration :Initially for one year and can be extended up to one more year subjected to the satisfactory performance of the candidate assessed every year.

  • Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on merit. The date and time of interview will be informed via email.
  • No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for attending the interview. Alternatively, the interview may be conducted via video online platform, in view of prevailing circumstances.
  • The nature of the post is purely temporary (on contract basis).
