Expert talk on Engine Management System-Gasoline
Department of Automobile Engineering, MUJ has successfully organized an Expert talk on " Engine Management System-Gasoline" at Manipal University University, Rajasthan from 13th Feb 2019. The talk was delivered by Mr. Parag Kavthekar, Regional Training Manager, BOSCH Limited. Mr. Parag has explained about the fundamentals necessary to start with ECU tuning, Engine parameters, OBD II Input and outputs of/from ECU and other systems such as injection systems, air-fuel-spark delivery modules and control, touch base tools used for tuning and technology challenges. At the end of this session, students gained on what it will take to start and felt confident and handy with basics to gear up and start using KTS-525.
More than 120 Automobile engineering undergraduates of 2nd year and 3rd Year from Manipal University have participated in this expert talk. Bosch industrial trainers gave the practical knowledge on Engine Electronics, Engine Control Unit, Engine Mapping and Diagnosis.
