Industry Alumni Lecture - Going Back to Go Forward

 The event began with words of welcome by Prof Anthony Savari Raj, Professor of Philosophy and Alumni Coordinator. He indicated the inspiration and aspiration that the event could provide to the outgoing students. Ms. Ishita Sharma, in her talk, was thankful for the training and education she received at the department of arts which has indeed groomed to what she is presently. She elaborated on the theme what it means to go back precisely to go forward. More importantly, she explained to the outgoing students the plentiful opportunities that are before them, especially in the field of higher education, specially abroad. She indicated the pathway offered by the firm that she is presently working as International Program Counsellor, Canada Destination. Her presentation was a great source of inspiration to the students who are contemplating on different pathways soon after their UG studies at dept of arts, MUJ. The students discussed with the resource person and clarified their doubts. After the presentation and discussion, the dean of the faculty Prof Komal Audichya offered words of felicitation and memento to the resource person. Dr. Radhika Mohan Gupta, Asst Professor of Political Science, Dept of Arts, was the MC of the event and also offered the vote of thanks.
