The Department of Information Technology, in collaboration with the Directorate of Students’ Welfare (DSW), successfully organized Happiness Cart – A Donation Drive 2.0 on 6 April 2026 as a heartfelt social outreach initiative aimed at spreading joy and support among underprivileged children. The activity was conducted at Surman Boys Center, Jaipur, where students and faculty members came together to contribute food items, stationery, toys, and other essentials. The event reflected the university’s commitment to community welfare and encouraged participants to actively engage in meaningful acts of kindness and service.
The drive created a positive impact by bringing smiles to the children while also fostering empathy, compassion, and social responsibility among volunteers. Through collective efforts, the initiative highlighted the importance of giving back to society and supporting those in need. Happiness Cart 2.0 not only addressed immediate necessities of the beneficiaries but also strengthened the spirit of volunteerism within the student community, inspiring continued participation in future outreach programs.
