International Expert Lecture Series on Hydraulic Structures and Stable Channel Design

The Department of Civil Engineering, Manipal University Jaipur, organised an Expert Lecture by Prof. M. K. Mittal, Retired Professor from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, on March 10, 2026. The session was conducted in offline mode under the coordination of Mr. Alok Damare, faulty Department of Civil Engineering. The lecture focused on important aspects of hydraulic engineering and was attended by students and faculty members of the department.
The lecture specifically focused on topics such as Design of Major Hydraulic Structures and Design of Stable Channels based on Kennedy and Lacey Theories, providing students with both theoretical understanding and practical insights.
