The Department of Management Studies at MUJ conducted an enriching Experiential Simulation Workshop for MBA 2nd year students focusing on Corporate Governance and Boardroom Dynamics.

The workshop provided hands-on exposure to boardroom functioning, roles and responsibilities of directors, and decision-making in high-stakes corporate scenarios through simulation exercises and group discussions.

The session was graced by esteemed experts:

Dr. Arunima Haldar, Associate Professor at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, who shared valuable insights on corporate governance practices.
Dr. Mita Dixit, an experienced family business advisor and management consultant, who contributed her expertise in governance and leadership.

The event was organized by Dr. Rashmi Dyondi, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, TSB.
