The Department of Commerce and the Department of Economics, Manipal University Jaipur, in collaboration with Toprankers, successfully organized a National Seminar on “Future-Ready Soft Skills: Cultivating Essential Attributes for a Dynamic Workforce”. The seminar focused on the importance of soft skills such as communication, adaptability, leadership, and emotional intelligence in today’s evolving job market.
