2 Days Program on “प्रेरणा से प्रगति की ओर”

The Department of Commerce, FoMCA, Manipal University Jaipur, in collaboration with the HR Department, organized a two-day program titled “प्रेरणा से प्रगति की ओर”. The program was designed for Security Guards and GDWs with the objective of enhancing workplace ethics, teamwork, and effective communication. The sessions emphasized professional conduct, mutual respect, and collaborative work culture. Participants were guided on improving interpersonal skills and workplace efficiency.
