Manipal University Jaipur, India in Collaboration with Southern Federal University (Taganrog, Russia) is organizing the Third International Conference on Cyber Warfare, Security and Space Computing (SpacSec 2025), during September 26-28, 2025. The conference will be organized in hybrid mode with in-person sessions at Southern Federal University (Taganrog, Russia).

Conference Tracks

Cyber Warfare: Use of digital attacks like computer hacking by one country to disrupt the vital computer systems of another.

Cyber Security: Cyber security is the practice of defending networks, and servers, from malicious attacks.

Space Computing: It includes High-Performance Computing, Quantum Computing, Satellite Communication and Signal Processing

Research Topics (Miscellaneous): Computer Vision and Image Processing, AI and Machine Learning, Embedded Systems and IoT, Wireless Ad hoc Network.

Manuscript Submission:
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in "Communications in Computer and Information Science" (ISSN:1865-0929), Springer Series. CCIS is abstracted/indexed in Scopus, SCImago, DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, and Mathematical Reviews.

Manuscript Submission:

• All submissions will be handled electronically using Microsoft's CMT Portal (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/SPACSEC2025/Submission/Index)
• The manuscript should be submitted strictly as per Springer format (available on the conference website at https://spacsec.com/page-submission-redraft/

• Notification of acceptance: May 15, 2025
• Camera-ready submission: Jun 01, 2025
