It is our immense pleasure to extend a heartfelt invitation to the 13th Convocation Ceremony scheduled to be held on October 31 (Saturday) and November 01 (Sunday) 2026 , where we will celebrate your remarkable achievements and hard-earned success at MUJ. The Convocation Ceremony serves as a momentous occasion where you will be officially conferred with your well-deserved degree.
Please note that all eligible graduates are required to register for the Convocation Ceremony on MUJ's convocation portal http://www.mujconvocation.in/
Please note the following guidelines for strict adherence to ensure hassle free experience during the convocation:-
- Only the students who are not having any dues to the University and also no pending disciplinary cases will receive the password details on the official email-id, provided by Manipal University Jaipur, to complete the registration formalities on the portal http://www.mujconvocation.in/ , once it is live.
- Students who have completed their registration within the official period through Convocation portal will be permitted to receive their degrees during the ceremony. there will be no ON-SPOT registration for the convocation ceremony.
- Important: Graduates are required to select their preferred date for receiving the degree during the registration process. As the number of registrations for each day is limited, allotment will be strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Graduates are recommended to complete their registration well in advance and plan their travel accordingly.
- Maximum two members (not below 10 years) from the student's family/relatives can accompany the graduating student. Graduating students and their parents are required to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging. For Parents/relatives who are unable to be physically present during the convocation, a web casting arrangement will also be made to enable them to watch the event live from the comfort of their home/office. The link for the same will be shared well before the day of the Convocation.
- Please plan your travel with a one-day buffer to avoid any unexpected delays, especially in case of convocation rehearsal.

- Eligible Graduates are encouraged to attend the convocation in physical mode and get their degrees on stage. In case a student opts out to receive the degree at the Convocation ceremony, he/she can either collect the Degree certificate from the Office of CoE at the University, after the date of convocation, or may opt through the portal http://www.mujconvocation.in/ for the dispatch of the degree.
Please note that there is no provision for receiving the Degree Certificates/e-Degree Certificate online.
