The Department of Business Administration, Manipal University Jaipur organized an online expert seminar on case-based research methodologies in Product–Service Systems and Operations Management. The session provided valuable methodological insights, linking classroom learning with contemporary qualitative research practices through real-world examples. Aligned with SDG 4 and SDG 9, the seminar promoted experiential learning, innovation-driven research, and meaningful academia–industry dialogue. Overall, the event enriched students’ and faculty members’ understanding of rigorous and relevant management research.
