Prof. Pratibha Mishra joined MUJ in 2015, has contributed significantly to academic leadership, curriculum development, departmental restructuring, admissions, and industry linkages. With 27+ years of experience, she has also served at Pearl Academy and The IIS University.

A strong advocate of sustainable design, she has filed patents in textile waste management, artisan ergonomics, and eco-friendly innovations. Her qualifications include a PG Certificate in Higher Education (NTU–UK), an M.Sc. in Garment Production & Export Management, and a Diploma in Textile Design. She is pursuing her PhD on sustainable fashion consumption and rating systems.

Her interests span Sustainable Fashion, Design Thinking, Fashion Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Textiles, and Dyeing & Printing. She has contributed to projects with UGC, KVIC, RUDA, and the India Design Council. She has also represented India at international forums.
