Associate Dean, School of Engineering

Dr RK Gupta is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Dr Gupta brings with him a wealth of experience, spanning over 29 years in teaching, industry, and administration. He began his career at MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, and has held key positions at various esteemed institutions, including Department Coordinator, Head of the Department, Controller of Examinations, Director, and Dean (Academics). He has chaired numerous sessions at international and national conferences and has been invited as a keynote speaker on several occasions. His teaching and research interests include Industrial Engineering, Quality Control, and Productivity. Dr Gupta has published 42 research papers in SCI and Scopus-indexed journals. He is an active member of professional organisations such as the Indian Society for Technical Education, the Quality Council of India, and SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers).
