The National Workshop on Integrated Genomic Surveillance and Artificial Intelligence for Dengue Preparedness and Response is designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in dengue genomic surveillance, molecular diagnostics, bioinformatics, genomic epidemiology, and artificial intelligence (AI). The workshop will bring together researchers, academicians, healthcare professionals, students, and experts to discuss emerging approaches to dengue surveillance, viral evolution, outbreak preparedness, and evidence-based public health response. Emphasis will be placed on integrating genomic data with AI and computational approaches to improve the detection, monitoring, and prediction of dengue outbreaks. The workshop will include interactive lectures, hands-on training, demonstrations, and practical sessions covering areas such as dengue genome analysis, genomic epidemiology, viral evolution, bioinformatics workflows, data analysis, and AI-based approaches for disease surveillance and outbreak prediction. The workshop aims to strengthen participants’ technical capabilities and promote interdisciplinary collaboration for developing innovative, data-driven, and sustainable strategies for dengue preparedness and control.
