The Department of Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering, Manipal University Jaipur, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and E-Cell, MUJ, is organizing an insightful invited lecture on "Start-up Legal & Ethical Steps" on April 15, 2026. This session aims to provide students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and innovators with a comprehensive understanding of the legal frameworks, compliance requirements, and ethical considerations essential for establishing and managing a successful start-up.

The lecture will be delivered by Ms. Radhika Balasaria, a distinguished Practising Company Secretary, Founder of simplekaro.com, and Mentor at incuBoo. With her extensive experience in startup compliance, regulatory advisory, and entrepreneurship mentoring, she brings valuable real-world insights into the legal and ethical dimensions of business.
