2-Days Workshop Session on Empowering Staff: Digital Content Creation, Online Collaboration, and Modern AI Tools

The Department of Computer and Communication Engineering, School of Computer Science & Engineering, proposes to organize a two-day interdisciplinary workshop titled “Empowering Staff: Digital Content Creation, Online Collaboration, and Modern AI Tools” in collaboration with the HR department.

This expert workshop is designed to equip non-teaching staff with industry-standard skills by utilizing the official curriculum from the Cisco Networking Academy. The sessions will focus on two key modules: "Create Digital Content, Communicate and Collaborate Online" and "Introduction to Modern AI". The training aims to help staff transition effectively to hybrid environments. Participants will master digital document creation, email etiquette (CC, BCC, tone), and collaboration tools like Webex, Asana, and Trello. Additionally, they will explore how AI chatbots (including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google Translate) are revolutionizing work by simplifying tasks like writing, editing, and ideation.
