The Department of Electrical Engineering, Manipal University Jaipur successfully organized a seminar titled “High End Ceramic Material for Fabrication of C & X Band Phase Control Module (PCM) for PESA Radar” on 15 December 2025 (Monday). The seminar was conducted in Hybrid mode.

The session was delivered by Mr. Shiv Narain, Technical Manager at Central Electronics Limited (A Government of India DSIR Enterprise), Uttar Pradesh, India. During the seminar, the speaker discussed the role of high-end ceramic materials in the fabrication of Phase Control Modules used in C and X band PESA radar systems. He elaborated on material properties, fabrication challenges, and their applications in advanced radar and defense technologies.

Faculty members, research scholars, and students from the Department of Electrical Engineering actively participated in the seminar. The session provided valuable industry-oriented insights and helped bridge the gap between academic learning and practical defense electronics applications. An interactive discussion at the end further enhanced participants’ understanding of the topic.
