The
Department of Interior Design organized a guest lecture for all the students of
B. Des. Interior Design on the History of Art & Craft movements. The expert
lecture was led by Ar, Mrinalini Singh from New Delhi, who is a practicing
conservation Architect and currently teaching at Apeejay College of Art &
Architecture, Greater Noida. The session covered topics like a timeline of
these art movements, famous contributors/artists of that era, and popular works
that created an impact on society then and now. The session was interactive and
engaging, which made it an unforgettable experience for all the participants.
The session ended with a question-and-answer session with the expert.
