About the speaker:
Mrs. Pooja Kumar is Founder and Director of Innove Intellects LLP established in 2017. She is also a Registered Patent Agent and Start-up facilitator of Govt. of India. She holds a 13 years' experience in Intellectual Property Rights Field. She has won gold medal in Masters' degree in Microbial & Food Technology from Punjabi University Patiala. Besides that, she had also qualified Gate exam in 2008 and Indian Patent Agent Exam in 2010. She is certified with Patent Management Course and WIPO -IPR course. Mrs. Kumar has been awarded with Senior Woman Entrepreneur Awards by GECL Foundation. She has achieved expertise in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Microbiology, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship & IPR. She is working as an IP consultant with different universities and colleges such as Manipal University, Banasthali University, Teerthankar Mahaveer University, etc. She has filed more than 150 patent applications; nearly 50 Industrial Design applications and more than 60 copyright applications have been filed. Being registered patent agent lots of patents; design and copyright has been granted to various institutes and universities. She has established an IPR Cell in Swami Vivekanand Subharti University in 2018. Recently, one more IPR Cell has been established by Mrs Kumar in Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology.
