MIRO was showcased during B.Tech counselling-2017 and it was a major point of attraction.
About
MIRO (Manipal information robot) is a reception robot capable of recognizing human voice and assisting people by providing information about Manipal University Jaipur, along with speech coordinated facial movements. Apart from providing information, it is capable of making various sound enabled facial movements for entertaining its spectators.
The functionality of MIRO is executed by an assembly of servomotors, controlled by Microcontroller and Voice recognition system. The whole setup was prepared in various labs of MUJ within 15 days.
