Food Testing Workshop
To enhance the cooking skills of students Food Tasting Workshop was organized in Manipal University Jaipur by School of Hotel Management. In this workshop 11 different international dishes were prepared by 40 students. Dishes such as Short-Crust, Cookies, Cakes, Muffins, Sponges, Cream-Caramel, Crème' Brulee' were prepared. The workshop was presided over by the Dean Faculty of Management & Commerce - Prof Nilanjan Chattopadhyay, Director SHM Dr. Amit Jain, HoD Prof Manoj Srivastava, Prof Raj Sharma, various faculties of the University. Feedback was also received by the students on how to improve the dishes.
