REFUND OF FEE IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL OF ADMISSION
A refund claim can be admitted on merits, after due consideration of the request, by the University. If approved, the amount to shall be refunded as per the UGC guidelines

* Inclusive of course fee, but exclusive of caution deposit
The last date of admission for a program is the day prior to the orientation day of that program.
** In case of (1) in the table above, 5% of the course fee paid by the student shall be deducted as processing charges from the refundable amount, subject to a maximum of Rs 5,000/-.
