Dr. Rabindra Kumar Verma earned his D Phil from University of Allahabad (A Central University) in 2011. He has gained more than 12 years of teaching and research experience as Assistant Professor (English). He teaches different courses in BA (Hons.) English & MA (English) programmes offered of the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultural Studies. His area of research includes English Literature (British Drama), Gender Studies, Literary Theory and Criticism, Communication Skills in English, Education Technology, and ICT.

Dr. Rabindra has rendered different responsibilities at the Department level as NAAC/KPI Coordinator, Examination Coordinator, Language Lab Coordinator, Timetable Coordinator, and Class Coordinator. He has published more than 25 research papers (including book chapters and reviews) in the reputed national, international, Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals. He presented more than 15 research papers in the various national, international and Scopus indexed conferences/seminars. He has edited two books published by the renowned publishers. He has been member of Organizing Committee of various National and International Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops. He has guided one Ph D, and three Ph D research scholars are pursuing their research under his supervision.
