Dr Richa Arora is currently a Professor in the Department of Arts and has been associated with Manipal University Jaipur since the inception in 2011.

Dr Richa has over 26 years of extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has held various significant administrative and academic roles within Manipal University Jaipur, demonstrating her strong leadership and dedication. Dr Arora holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in English and earned her PhD in English Literature from the University of Rajasthan in 2008. She has authored five books with publishing houses of repute. Five scholars have been awarded PhD degrees under her guidance.
