Dr Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Culinary Heritage of Rajasthan from Amity University Rajasthan, a Master’s degree in Tourism Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the University of Rajasthan. His accolades include over 25 national and international awards, such as a prestigious Gold Medal from a Gastronomy organization in Greece. He has published more than 22 research papers and holds 5 copyrights, 4 patents, and 3 Limca Book of Records to his name.
With over 17 years of experience in the culinary art and education industries, Dr Sharma is renowned for his work in promoting Rajasthani cuisine both in India and internationally. His contributions include numerous articles, books, demo classes, and the popular TV show 'Rajasthani Rasoi' on FoodXp. He has also actively collaborated with the Government of India to further the recognition of Rajasthani cuisine on a global scale.
