Dr Shilpa Bhakar joined Manipal University Jaipur in 2024. She has over 21 years of multicultural teaching experience, 9 years with Torrens University and APM College of Business and Communication, Sydney, Australia and 11 years in India with reputed universities. She holds PhD in Healthcare Marketing and Consumer Behavior, MBA (Maj: Marketing, Min: HRM) and BBA from DAVV, University, Indore. She has also done ISO 9001, 14000 and 18001 auditor and trainer certification from Bureau Veritas, France, Certificate IV in Training and Development from TAFE, Australia, and a graduation course for academicians in Future of Learning from Harvard University. Case studies developed by her are published by The Case Centre, UK which are used by international universities such as Lincoln University (USA), University of Sydney (Australia), Penn State York University, (USA), etc. She has also contributed to industry by providing training and consultancy to organizations like Alcatel Lucent Australia Ltd., Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd., Myers Holdings Australia Ltd., Akzo Nobel (Dulex Paints), Supreme Industries, Dainik Bhaskar, Rotary International India, B P Foods Ltd., etc
