The Department of Management, TAPMI School of Business, in collaboration with MUJ TEC , proposes to organise a 5-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled “Architecting Research Excellence: Experimental Rigor, Systematic Reviews & Intelligent Modeling in Management Research” from 26–30 May 2026 at the university campus. The FDP is designed to enhance research quality, methodological rigor, and publication outcomes among faculty members and research scholars in management and allied disciplines. It will provide hands-on training in qualitative and experimental research designs, systematic literature reviews, bibliometric analysis, and advanced modelling techniques such as PLS-SEM (SmartPLS) and intelligent modelling, along with exposure to Bloomberg Lab resources for empirical research. Aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), the programme promotes research capacity, data-driven innovation, and inter-institutional collaboration. Expert sessions will be delivered by distinguished faculty from IIM Calcutta, IIM Ranchi, ABV-IIITM Gwalior, and Jaipuria Institute of Management. Conducted in offline mode for 30 participants, the FDP will strengthen MUJ’s research ecosystem, enhance institutional visibility, and foster academic collaborations.
