Workshop on Adulting 2.0: Becoming the Art of your Authority

Department of Commerce, MUJ in collaboration with the Centre of Feminine Leadership, successfully conducted an enriching workshop titled “Adulting 2.0: Becoming the Architect of Your Authority” on 28 January 2026.The session was delivered by Ms Nikita Yogi Ganatra, an Organization Development Consultant and Coach and the Founder of the Centre of Feminine Leadership. The workshop offered students a refreshing and practical perspective on navigating adulthood with confidence, clarity, and self-awareness. The resource person thoughtfully addressed key dimensions of personal and professional growth, including the evolving concept of adulting, the development of self-confidence, the shift from dependence to independence and interdependence, and the importance of effective communication skills in academic, professional, and personal life. The session encouraged students to reflect on their mindset, decision-making abilities, and sense of personal authority. The workshop witnessed active and enthusiastic participation from B. Com Fintech and M. Com (Financial analysis) students who engaged meaningfully with the ideas shared and contributed to insightful discussions throughout the session. The workshop proved to be a valuable initiative in empowering students to take ownership of their growth, strengthen communication, and approach adulthood with confidence and responsibility.
