The resource person, Dr Neeraj Upadhyay is a Research Associate at the Clinical Functional Imaging Lab, Department of Diagnostics and Interventional Radiology University Hospital Bonn, Germany. The lecture aims to bridge the gap between neuroscience, mindfulness practices, and physical activity, providing evidence-based insights into how lifestyle factorsi nfluence brain aging and cognitive well-being using cutting-edge technologies i.e.,fMRI.
