Department of Psychology conducted a Guest Lecture on 9 th February 2024, for students of MSc (Clinical Psychology) on Meditation, Exercise, and Brain Aging: An fMRI Approach at Manipal University Jaipur. The resource person, Dr Neeraj Upadhyay is a Research Associate at the Clinical Functional Imaging Lab, Department of Diagnostics and Interventional Radiology University Hospital Bonn, Germany. The lecture aims to bridge the gap between neuroscience, mindfulness practices, and physical activity, providing evidence-based insights into how lifestyle factorsi nfluence brain aging and cognitive well-being using cutting-edge technologies i.e.,fMRI.
