In addition, she also talked about challenges and key skills required in the radio industry. In the age of digital era, radio is still considered as a powerful medium. The speaker commented that the programme content of FM radio is changing rapidly. To be a successful RJ in todays' world, one needs command over language and a professional degree. He/she must be creative and good in storytelling art. The coordinators of this webinar were Dr. Ram Pratap Singh and Dr. Harshwardhani Sharma.
