Industrial Visit Hotel Management Students

School of Hotel Management had organized Educational trips to FruBon ice-cream factory in 2 batches for the BHM students on 30th January and 7th February 2018. Collectively 70 students and 6 faculty members participated in the field visit Frubon is a state of art manufacturing plant is located at the premium business destination of Rajasthan i.e., Mahindra World City, Jaipur.

Spread across an area of over 60,000 Sq, ft., the manufacturing plant is one of the most modern plants of Northern India. The plant is equipped with latest testing and manufacturing facilities. Special care has been taken for recycling and re-usage of water. The water recycled using ETP is utilized for cleaning & gardening. Provision for ample ventilation and fresh light has been kept to reduce the carbon footprint and dependency on electricity during day time. It is our continuous endeavor to create value for our one of the most important stake holders i.e., Environment. Some of the products includes the following:

Fruit bars, Sundaes, Cups, Cassatas, Matka Kulfi, Ice-cream Cakes, Party Packs and Bon Cookies

The products are tested in three labs before the production and after the production for better quality to serve to the market. These quality testing backed by competent employees and state of art equipment makes Frubon a class difference than their competitors. The students gained a practical knowledge as they had practically seen the manufacturing process of preparation of cookies and ice-cream. The visit also inspired the young minds of entrepreneurship skills and a way to do their own start-ups.
