Dr Narender Singh Bhati is working as Associate Professor in Department of Business Administration, School of Business & Commerce. He has been associated with the Manipal University Jaipur since August 2015. He holds his Ph.D. (Service Quality) and Masters (MBA) degree from Maharshi Dayanand Sarasvati University, Ajmer. Additionally, he holds the PG Diploma in Operations Management and PG Diploma in Applied Statistics from IGNOU, New Delhi, and has also qualified NET and JRF in 2012. He has gained a total experience of about 15 years, including about 14 years in academics, having specialization in the field of Quantitative Techniques, Operations Management, and Business Research Methods at various prestigious management institutions. His area of research is Marketing, Service Quality Management and E-commerce. He has more than 30 research papers, conferences presentations, workshops, FDP attended. Additionally, he has 16 research publications (all in referred journals) including 10 Scopus and Elsevier publication. He has edited two book and has 15 books chapters published in books with ISBN. He has also delivered many expert talks and acted as resource person in many FDPs, workshops and seminars. He is also a reviewer of some reputed journals i.e., IGI global and Scopus indexed journals. Dr. Bhati is presently guiding 05 Ph.D. scholars.

Additionally, he has been serving as an active nucleus member of Office of Registrar for 4 years and is also a convenor structured meeting of Team-3 (Functional Heads, MUJ). In addition to this, he has been awarded and recognised in the field of academics and research by Best Faculty Award, Research Excellence Award, Gold medal, Researcher of the month, Best research papers awards etc.
