Department of Fine Arts Visited Jaipur Literature Festival, 2018

January 27, Saturday 2018, Department of Fine Arts (Applied Art) Manipal University Jaipur visited Jaipur Literature Festival organized at The Diggi Palace Hotel Jaipur. It is an acclaimed Literary show of Jaipur, Rajasthan wherein renowned writers, thinkers, humanitarians, politicians, business leaders, sports people and entertainers come one stage to champion the freedom to express and engage in thoughtful debate and dialogue. Students attended the sessions with full enthusiasm and zeal.

The sessions attended were "The Future of New Writings", "Armed and Dangerous: Of Words and Lovers", "Book Launch, Brigitte Singh: Printress of the Mughal Garden" and many more.

The main objective of the visit was intended to expose students with Literature World fraternity and to enable them interact with various writers and thinkers to learn & think about the global topics discussed there.
