B.Tech. - Computer Science & Engineering at Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) aims to produce versatile students who are not only employment ready for industries, government sectors, higher education, and research fields but can also be successful entrepreneurs in the corporate world. With many industrial and international collaborations, B.Tech. - CSE strives for academic excellence leading to excellent placements every year. B.Tech. - Computer Science & Engineering nurtures students to cope with the ever-changing environment in technology and provides a strong foundation in computer science and problem-solving techniques. B.Tech. - CSE is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (Tier-1) in 2021 for three years.

The program offers specializations in several important and emerging areas for the CSE minor. A student can graduate with specialization by taking specific program electives from the Vth semester onwards. At the school level following specialization is offered to UG students: Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Computer Vision, Data Science, Web Technologies, Computational Intelligence, Sensors, Networks and IoT. Apart from above mention specialization, the student can take additional program electives in the following emerging area of the computing domain - High-Performance Computing, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, VANET Security, Sentiment Analysis, Cryptography, Image Processing, Data Mining, Information Retrieval, Information Security, Internet of Things, Malware Detection, Computer Vision, Approximation Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Databases, Big Data Analytics, Real-Time Application, Mobile computing, Distributed Computing, Soft Computing, Network & Security, Advanced Computer Arch., Automata Theory, Security in Ipv6 (Mipv6).
