Bachelor of Fine Arts (Applied Arts) is a professional program to provide training for concept design development, which is associated with advertising, digital artworks, exhibition and set design, photography, illustration and drawing, interface design, packaging and display, storyboarding, typography, and visual communication using the basic tools for the exploration of design. This four-year program involves various forms of communication through media which are subjected to develop and enhance creativity and aesthetic sense required in the design and advertising industry. The syllabus is designed to sharpen artistic intellectual and creative sensibilities, the students are groomed to attain proficiency as Graphic Designers (Applied Artist), Illustrators, Photographers, Advertisement directors, Animators, Conceptual Artists, etc. in this field of Advertising.
Minimum 50% marks in 10+2 from recognized board or equivalent qualification as recognized by association of Indian Universities (AIU) or other competent body in any stream.
Or
International Baccalaureate Diploma after 10 years of Schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
The candidate must have passed in 10+2 from a recognized board or equivalent qualification as recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or other competent body with a minimum of 50% marks in any discipline.
