OVERVIEW

It is a two-year programme spread across four semesters and is based on the scientist- practitioner model of clinical psychology. The course is designed to equip the students in the area of psychological assessment and therapeutic counselling. The focus of the program will be on providing intensive hands-on clinical training as well as thorough theoretical foundation in the field of clinical psychology. The curriculum has been crafted to give vocational training to the students in the area of psychological assessment and counselling. Besides they will also be trained in carrying out research and data analysis.

Admission Criteria

Any candidate with a Bachelor degree from a UGC /AIU recognized University with 50% aggregate marks with psychology or any related course (Child psychology, psychiatry, educational psychology, counseling, psychotherapy, etc.) as one of the papers in the qualifying degree.
