Dr Tanuja Yadav is Associate Professor of French, Department of Languages, School of Humanities & Social Sciences (SHSS).
Dr Yadav has a rich and versatile teaching experience of 13 years in IIS University. Previously, she has taught French in University of Rajasthan, Jaipur for 9 years as well as in Alliance Française de Jaipur for 7 years. She was a lead coordinator during signing of MOU between French Embassy and The IIS University. She has also worked as a member in the conduct of examination, IQAC, Research cell, and was also the coordinator of Modern European languages committee & NSS.
She had been awarded scholarship by Embassy of France to pursue her Double Masters in French in Université d’Orléans, France in 2006. She was also the recipient of scholarship offered by Embassy of France for participation in the training programs in France in 2008 & 2010. The High Commission of Canada awarded scholarship “Doctoral Student Research Award” in 2011-12 for pursuing doctoral research in French in University of Montreal, Québec, Canada.
She has participated in several International / National conferences. Her area of interest in teaching and research includes French literature, Quebec literature, Methodology of teaching French as a foreign language. She is also guiding research at PhD level in French. She has a good command over French, Spanish and English
